Who is Kevin Nix?

Kevin Nix of L. Nix mastering at Ardent Studios, Memphis, TN claims that the eye graphic used for EyeConspire promo, and on the band e-mail headers is "creepy."

Yet Mr. Nix has taken to attaching very strange images eyes to e-mails he sends to the band.

This is the same Kevin Nix that regularly associates with hard drinking musicians who many of your friends and neighbors would describe as creepy.

Can we trust Kevin Nix?

Do we really know who he is?

Can we afford the risk at such in important time in our history?
